Employa is a SaaS company that provides smart ATS extensions for the sourcing, screening and ranking of best-matched tech talent and offers tech recruiting services.
Our highly accurate AI algorithm takes care of internal and external sourcing, communication with applicants, talent insights, resume check and matching. It ensures unbiased and diversified hiring trusted by businesses of all sizes.
About the role
Recruitment Services Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Outbound prospecting into target market (companies hiring for IC-level software engineering-related roles in North America)
- Managing the sales cycle (typically – 2 weeks from the initial meeting to contract signing)
The team will be scaling after 2 quarters of consistent quota attainment. For aspiring or experienced sales managers, there will be opportunities to hire and manage the team.
- You’ve got a track record of success in both outbound prospecting and sales.
- On discovery calls, you develop compelling business cases for change as opposed to just asking BANT questions.
- You stay up to date with the current prospecting & sales practices.
- Your English, both spoken and written, is close to native.
- [Optional] You’ve got experience selling IT outsourcing or outstaffing services.
At the end of your first two weeks at Employa, you will:
- Acquire a solid understanding of IT recruitment in North America
- Familiarize yourself with the prospecting processes and assets that work for our SaaS business
- Develop a personal Sales strategy with templates, activity KPIs and regular reviews
At the end of your first quarter with Employa, you will:
- Sign your first 2 clients (or more)
- Develop a consistent pipeline
- Narrow down the target client segment
- Develop a plan for sales process optimization
At the end of your first 6 months with Employa, you will:
- Consistently meet the quota
- Help prepare scaling (develop a Recruitment Services Sales knowledge base, prepare onboarding plans for new reps)
- Base monthly salary – depending on the interview process ($2,500 or higher)
- Bonuses – 5% of the revenue
- Target monthly income – we’re not interested in paying you less than $4,750 a month
- Monthly quota – 5 requisitions contracted
- 2 cozy offices in Kyiv city center and 2 in the US
